From the moment you step through the front door, you'll feel as if you're in a cocoon, and you'll quickly want to adopt it! You'll love the charm and gentleness of this traditional house, set at the end of a walled stone garden, with its little flowered corners, its wisteria, its large terrace with various seating areas, a large convivial table and deckchairs, as well as its swimming pool in fine weather and plenty of games. The interior is warm and comfortable, with a hushed ambience of soft tones and beautiful materials. You'll love the privileged location in the picturesque Eure valley, close to Monet's gardens, the Impressionist museum in Giverny, the Gaillard and Roche-Guyon castles, the Léry-Poses water sports center, the canoeing center in Autheuil Authouillet and quality restaurants.

Ground floor: entrance to bright, welcoming living room with wood-burning stove, well-equipped modern kitchen and dining area overlooking the garden. Elegant bedroom overlooking the small terrace (160x200 bed and desk area), shower room with large walk-in shower and double basin; separate toilet. Direct access to the lane at the rear of the gîte leading to the village. FIRST FLOOR: a corridor leads to the 2nd shower room with wc, then to the small green bedroom (2 single beds) and a 2nd travel-style relaxation area: small library corner and board games. The latter opens onto the attic bedroom with exposed beams (bed 160x200). Walled garden with large terrace and games: rackets, molkky, balls, frisbee, darts, pétanque court. City park in the village. Internet TV and Netflix. Access via shared parking lot with owners; motorcycle shelter. Above-ground swimming pool (3.4 m x 2.15 m, 1.17 m deep) from May to mid-September (heated to approx. 25°C).
