You'll fall in love with this pretty country house with its traditional half-timbered walls, right in the heart of the superb Conches forest. It promises you a stay with all the charms of the countryside: calm, space, bucolic landscapes between grassland and forest, and animals: on site, you can visit the horses (equestrian facilities available), the goats and the farmyard. The garden, just for you, is enclosed; Joëlle and Albin have thought of everything, from deckchairs and two dining areas depending on the time of day, to games, a swing and badminton. The gîte is very modern in terms of comfort and decoration, and really pleasant to live in, especially the living room with its lovely fireplace opening onto the garden. You'll be ready to go for a walk on the small paths all around: really relaxing! When it comes to shopping, the small village of Le Fidelaire provides you with the essentials; Conches-en-Ouche, a charming little town, takes up the slack.

Ground floor: entrance, kitchen with dining area, cosy living room with large sofa, TV and fireplace opening onto the terrace. The "Evasion" bedroom (1 double bed). Bathroom with washbasin, large walk-in shower and WC. UPSTAIRS, 2 comfortable attic bedrooms: "Framboise" with a double bed and the "Bleue" organized in 2 spaces with 2 single beds and 2 cots (cots with bars and high chair), a study area on the landing and an independent toilet. Private enclosed garden of 300 m² with a portico and deckch chairs for you to perfect your Norman tan. Horse pasture on 2 hectares and boxes available. Voie verte 200 m away and GR222 6 km. Albin is a biker and has built a garage for motorcycles with everything you need. Possibility of parking 3 cars next to the gîte. Organized shopping service: you order your groceries in advance from the local supermarket and collect them from the gîte on arrival.
