Jérémy and Benjamin welcome you to L'Écrin des bords de Seine, a charming house that has been tastefully renovated while preserving its original character. Tomettes, parquet flooring and ornamental fireplaces have been preserved and blend successfully with the more modern touches of the decor. You'll be equally seduced by its exceptional Location, its view of the Seine and its direct access to the river for beautiful strolls along the towpath or a spot of fishing with the rods at your disposal. In the garden, there's no shortage of activities for young and old alike: ping-pong and badminton are available, as are bicycles, perfect for getting to the Base de loisirs de Léry-Poses, with its wealth of water sports. You'll also appreciate the Holiday cottage's proximity to the Biotropica wildlife park, as well as the bird sanctuary and various lakes for nature outings.

Ground floor: a small staircase leads to the entrance hall with tuned piano, then to the kitchen area with fireplace, open to the passageway. After a few steps, the dining room leads to the living room, also a few steps higher. Separate toilet. GARDEN FLOOR: accessible from outside or by an inside staircase leading down to the laundry room, then to the navy bedroom with double bed (140x190) and shower room. 1st FLOOR: pink bedroom with double bed 140X190 and at the end of the corridor blue bedroom with double bed 160X200 which can be separated. Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. 2nd FLOOR: large bedroom with double bed 160X200, desk and Cot 80x190. The 1500 m² garden is enclosed by fencing, with garden furniture under the pergola, barbecue and plancha. The passageway in front of the house is used for Fishing and gives direct access to the banks of the Seine and the towpath used by cyclists and hikers. Small terrace at the rear of the house.
