Valérie and José welcome you to this beautiful 16th-century property steeped in history. The half-timbered residence, with its white stonework and sculpted beams, is magnificent, all the more so when the wisteria around it is in bloom. It houses a theater created by Sacha Guitry, who stayed here: remarkable! As for the rooms, each has its own unique ambience, with decoration designed down to the smallest detail by your hosts. Camille, with its light tones and antique furniture, opens onto a private terrace. Léna, decorated with a rose theme, will immerse you in a soft, romantic atmosphere. Finally, the billiard suite offers you a floor all to yourself, with a large private games room where you can enjoy a game of billiards or pinball. In fine weather, you'll enjoy a pretty garden with access to the banks of the Iton River. You'll be staying right in the heart of Acquigny, a stone's throw from shops and restaurants.

Ground floor: Breakfast room. 1st FLOOR: The Camille room, spacious and bright, decorated in cream tones, with its large double bed 160X200. Bathroom with claw-foot bathtub and private WC. The special feature of this room is its private terrace, with direct access to the garden. The Léna suite for three, comprising two adjoining bedrooms, each with a four-poster bed. Private bathroom with WC. 2nd FLOOR : The billiard suite and its large relaxation area: billiards (before 9pm and over 16), pinball machine and sitting area with TV. It opens onto two attic bedrooms, one with a 140x190 bed, the other 160x200, each with its own washbasin. Private bathroom with WC.
