In the heart of the Andelle valley, a pretty corner of Normandy in northern Eure, you'll discover this Holiday cottage full of charm. The decor blends antique furniture and colorful touches to create a modern, relaxed atmosphere. As for leisure activities, there's something for the whole family: puzzles or reading for the younger ones, while the older ones take part in a ping-pong or darts tournament. In fine weather, everyone can take advantage of the large garden to sunbathe or relax in the shade of the tall trees. Just a stone's throw away, you'll find the shops and restaurants of the village center. Sports enthusiasts will also appreciate the nearby tennis courts, Piscine and GR222, all less than five kilometers away. A little further afield, you'll find Lyons-la-Forest, France's most beautiful village, and the Lyons state forest, with its many opportunities for Hiking to discover the flora and fauna.

Ground floor: Entrance to large, bright living room. Comfortable sitting area with connected TV and large sofa. Well-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and dining area with a beautiful, convivial wooden table. FIRST FLOOR: Large attic bedroom with double bed 160X200 and baby bed. Triple bedroom with three single beds 90X190, two of which can be made into a large double bed 180X190. With its play corner, this will be the Kids' favorite room! Spacious bathroom with toilet and plenty of storage space. There's a private outdoor area in front of the Holiday cottage, with garden furniture to enjoy the warm weather. In addition, you have access to the large 1850 m² enclosed garden shared with another Holiday cottage (ref 1448). As for leisure activities, there are plenty of games available: board games, table tennis, badminton, darts and molky!
