This small half-timbered house in the heart of the Normandy bocage, between the Seine and Risle, is a real little cocoon.

Here you are in a lovely little corner of Normandy, between the majestic loops of the Seine and the picturesque Risle valley. In a quiet hamlet, a lavender alley leads you straight to this little cocoon, which Serge has furnished with great taste and the desire to make your stay a truly relaxing one. Set on a large property with a pretty garden planted with trees and flowers, the gîte, with its typical half-timbered walls, is nonetheless independent, with its own garden area and a large, beautifully landscaped wooden terrace: make yourself comfortable and relax to the gentle sound of the waterfall lapping over the small pond. The interior is cosy and warm, and very well equipped, whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.
The region is full of surprises, with Pont-Audemer just 5 km away, the banks of the Seine, the Côte Fleurie and the Pays d'Auge.

From the terrace, you enter the modern, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area on the ground floor. There's also a separate toilet with washbasin. A miller's staircase takes you to the first floor, which leads on one side to a lovely, bright bedroom-living room with lovely views over the garden and countryside: sleeping area with double bed (160x200), which can be separated into 2 beds on request, and day area with comfortable armchair and sofa (convertible for a child, 100x180 cm), plus a table where you can enjoy a meal overlooking the lovely view. On the other side, the pretty shower room, attic but very well equipped with walk-in shower (limited height, but a seating area for taller children), vanity unit and toilet. You'll enjoy a 600 m² garden area on the large enclosed property, as well as a lovely wooden terrace with all the furniture you need for a meal al fresco, a siesta or a sunbathing session.
