Le Relais du Vert Bois welcomes you to an exceptional location, on the edge of the Forest and a private animal park with some thirty free-roaming animals: horses, donkeys, llamas, peacocks and geese. You'll be seduced by the magic of the place, its top-of-the-range services and the soothing ambience of an elegant, sober and chic decor, noble materials echoing nature and ecological renovation. Here, everything evokes relaxation and rejuvenation: a vast open garden on the edge of the woods, a large wooden terrace with spa in season, relaxation furniture and a beautiful dining area facing the park and forest. The spacious interior is full of charm, so there's something for everyone. You'll love meeting up here after a day in the fresh air, in front of the fireplace or in the living room with board games.
A forest trail leads from the Holiday cottage for short or long walks, and baby carriers are provided! This beautiful region of the loops of the Seine, close to the Eure valley, is also very pleasant to discover.
Ground floor: bright living room with sitting area in front of the fireplace (Polyflam), comfortable dining area and open kitchen opening onto the terrace: a real feeling of being "inside-outside" thanks to the large windows facing the park. Second living room with cocooning TV, reading or games area. Large double bedroom (1 double bed 1.8x2m) with en-suite shower room, then a 2nd shower room, 2 wc's and a linen room. 1st FLOOR: 3 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings: 2 on one side, one with its own bathroom (shower, bath and wc) (2 single beds 0.90x2m in one and 1 double bed 1.8x2m in the other) and the 3rd, smaller one, above the living room, accessed by a spiral staircase. Italian-style shower in each bathroom. The large 3,000 m² garden is fully enclosed, with a lovely wooden terrace facing the park and forest: Spa (04/04 to 01/11), outdoor shower and lounge furniture. Kids (4/8 yrs.) have access to a portico with slide and bikes, table tennis and badminton. The property is an LPO refuge. The ideal place to recharge your batteries! Electric car terminal (recharging not included).

Nelleke les jours de fêtes 2024-2025
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Relais du Vert Bois et avons pu accueillir nos amis pour Noël comme chez nous. La cuisine est étroite (normal dans un longère) mais très bien équipée avec du matériel de grande qualité. Les lits sont tous merveilleux pour dormir et le linge est abondant et de qualité supérieure. La grande cheminée Polyflamm procure une merveilleuse chaleur de jour comme de nuit avec l'appui des radiateurs électriques. Toutes les chambres sont décorées avec goût et sont confortables. Nos chiens comme nous ont apprécié le calme et les promenades aux alentours. Puis un mot spécial pour les propriétaires Charlotte et Ludovic. Ils ont élevé notre séjour à un niveau supplémentaire avec leur chaleur et leur amitié. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Nous avions besoin de repos et de calme, toutes les cases ont été cochées pour ce séjour ! Tout était parfait, le gite très beau et à la décoration soignée, le jacuzzi, la forêt, les animaux autour. Le jardin très bien clôt pour notre chien, les pommes...
Un seul bémol... Séjour trop court ! On serait bien rester encore un peu mais le travail nous attendait ;-) Nous allons être obligé de revenir !

We have enjoyed the stay with Charlotte and Ludovicus tremendously. The sheer quiteness and beautiful surroundings of this place is for naturelovers as us a exquisit place for a unwinding holiday.
