At the edge of the forest, a pretty traditional house built of wood and cob: a relaxing stay in an enchanting setting. All around, the forest offers great opportunities for walks, and the proximity of animals adds to the charm. Quiet surroundings and a warm welcome for a pleasant stay in the Risle countryside, surrounded by donkeys, ponies and horses. Numerous children's games available: trucks, scooter, diabolo, molky. Enclosed garden with smooth wires.

You'll enter the living room, with its attractive fireplace and wood-burning stove, and a separate kitchen. You'll also find a bedroom with double bed and fireplace, and a bathroom with separate toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms with a double bed and 4 single beds, and a bathroom with toilet. Around the house, a large enclosed garden of 1200m² with sandpit, table tennis, games and bicycles for children. Horses can also be accommodated.

    Maison Normande Saint Victor

    Endroit dépaysant et très agréable, loin du monde, ce que nous recherchions. Propriétaire formidablement sympathique. Toujours des petites choses à améliorer suivant nos façons de vivre pour le quotidien mais nous avons tellement apprécié notre séjour que les petites choses sont de bien petits détails. Alors merci beaucoup pour ce bon moment passé en famille dans ce gîte.

    Cadre idyllique, excellent séjour

    Superbe gite et jardin au milieu des prés, très calme.
    Très bien équipé et sécurisé pour des enfants.
    Propriétaire très amicale.

    Ferien in Frankreich

    Das Gîte ist geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Eigentümerin ist freundlich, aufmerksam und immer
    ansprechbar, sie wohnt vor Ort. Das Umfeld und die Gegend, das Tal der Risle einfach traumhaft.
    Hier kann man sich in Ruhe erholen. Haustiere sind erlaubt (hier wohnen auch andere Tiere, Pferde, Hund, Esel). Wir kommen gern wieder.

    Séjour dans un cadre idyllique au vert

    Gentillesse, réactivité et disponibilité d’Anne Marie, la propriétaire, qui vit juste à côté ce qui est rassurant !
    Nos enfants ont passé un séjour idyllique au vert entouré de chevaux et de l’âne Léon avec qui ils ont eu la chance de partir en balade !
    Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables, dommage que le salon soit un peu juste quand nous sommes 5 dans un seul canapé !
    Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
