Entrance on the ground floor (after a few steps on the street side) into the kitchen-dining room with well-equipped kitchen area and comfortable dining area near the wood-burning stove. Checkroom, courtyard-side double bedroom with double bed (140x200) and en-suite shower room with shower and vanity unit, towel radiator. Separate toilet. Upstairs: twin bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and desk, then a hallway opens onto the elegant living room with oak parquet flooring and exposed half-timbering, luminous with its through-lighting and comfortable with sofa and armchairs; office area. The staircase leads to the lovely attic master suite (open to the living room) with 140x200 double bed and study area; bathroom with corner bath, shower and toilet. The ground floor opens onto a pretty, walled courtyard planted with gravel, which opens onto the street via a porch; basketball hoop, skittles, rackets and darts. Bicycle hire, soccer pitch and city stadium in the village.
