This pretty house is completely independent and has a lovely private garden with all the furniture you need to enjoy it. You'll love the close proximity of the Forest, with its many footpaths, in this beautiful hilly region criss-crossed by numerous waterways. Saint-Georges is a pretty village with all the basic shops, a Restaurant and even a Piscine in July and August. Nearby attractions include the Risle valley, Vièvre Forest, Bec Hellouin Abbey and the small City of Cormeilles. Le Refuge is waiting for you!

Ground floor: entrance from the terrace into the living area: comfortable lounge with TV and convertible sofa (extra bed), well-equipped and functional kitchen and dining area. Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate toilet. Upstairs, the staircase leads directly to the unenclosed attic bedroom with double bed and desk, opening onto a small balcony and outside staircase. You'll enjoy a private, enclosed 400 m² garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and plenty of games: mollky, badminton, mikado and giant power 4, .... Charging station for electric vehicles (invoiced according to consumption).
