This ashlar and timber-framed manor house is set in a superb green setting. Set in 3.5 hectares of parkland, where you'll come across chickens and goats, the beautiful building's intricate Norman tile roofs dominate the site. You'll discover a succession of tiered terraces and a large veranda that catches the sun's rays and opens onto the beautiful swimming pool, heated in fine weather. The little extras include a kitchen area, ideal for preparing a small meal, and a cosy lounge where you can sit by the fireplace or spend some convivial time playing table soccer, pinball or darts. The atmosphere is perfect, with a warm and original blend of old and new. Amandine and Frédéric offer you a warm welcome and a "home-made" table d'hôte, as well as a gourmet breakfast based on home-grown, local or garden produce.
You'll enjoy a truly rejuvenating stay in a charming region.
Ground floor: Entrance with piano and shared living room with fireplace. Access to large veranda with kitchen area, dining room and table soccer. Two-room suite with double bed (160x200) and sofa bed (160X200). Private bathroom and separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: Swallow bedroom with double bed (160x200), private bathroom and separate toilet. Fleur de lin bedroom with double bed (160x200) and small sitting area, private bathroom and separate toilet. The Risle room with a 180x200 double bed that can be separated, private bathroom and separate toilet. And the Côte d'Albatre suite, comprising two rooms with a double bed (140x200) on one side and a living room with a single bed (90x200) on the other, private shower room and bathroom, separate wc. Beautiful shared indoor swimming pool, heated to 28°c (May to September). Table d'hôtes on reservation. Rate for 1 person for an evening stopover (meal excluding drinks, night and breakfast) on weekdays outside school vacations: 114€.

Une parenthèse normande
5/5Nous serions bien resté pour longtemps au Prieuré des Fontaines, tant pour le charme et le confort des chambres, que pour l'accueil chaleureux réservé par Sandrine et François. L'environnement est très agréable, on se sent bien ici, au milieu de la campagne normande. Avec un peu plus de temps, il est certain que nous aurions d'autant plus apprécié découvrir le jardin, le potager, et échangé davantage avec les propriétaires que nous prendrons plaisir à suivre dans leur prochain projet.

Séjour parfait
5/5Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Accueil très chaleureux.Sandrine joue parfaitement son rôle d.hôte de façon très courtoise et très professionnelle.
Nous nous sommes régalés avec les petits déjeuners très complets et très copieux ainsi que les repas délicieux très sains avec des produits venant du potager.
Quand au confort et à la propreté de la chambre rien à dire.
Toutes les conditions sont réunies pour passer un séjour très agréable et reposant.

Magnifique séjour en Normandie
5/5Très belle propriété, bien située pour découvrir ce joli coin de Normandie. Petit déjeuner excellent ainsi que les planches que nous avons dégustés sur place avec les excellents produits du jardin prolifique. Accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons !
