This former wine press has been completely restored to create a lovely Holiday cottage that retains all its authenticity. The cosy living room, with its exposed beams and Countryside-style decor, is the perfect place to gather around a large table or a roaring fire. Outside, you'll find plenty of space and games for the whole family to enjoy, with a slide, trampoline and swing for the younger ones, and a pétanque court for the older ones. You'll be staying close to the center of Lieurey, with its shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The Holiday cottage is also ideally located for exploring Normandy, halfway between the charming villages of Cormeilles and Bec-Hellouin, and at the gateway to Calvados, its delightful Pays d'Auge and the beaches of the Côte Fleurie.

Ground floor: entrance into large living room with convivial dining area and sitting area around fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. Bedroom with double bed 160X200 and private bathroom with toilet. Separate toilet in entrance hall. UPSTAIRS: landing converted into a relaxation area with bench, armchair and small desk. Four bedrooms: the pink, black and gray, all for three people, each with a double bed 140x190 and a single bed 90x190, and the green bedroom for four people, with a double bed 140x190 and two single beds 90x190. Shower room and bathroom with separate toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy a 2700 m² enclosed garden with plenty of play equipment: swing, slide, trampoline, ping-pong table, pétanque court with boules, badminton. Local products for sale: delicious homemade salted butter toffee and products from Ferme de la Charterie (cider, apple juice).
