Pleasant gîte in the heart of a small Roumois village with shops, 4 km from Bourgtheroulde, south of Rouen.

Close to the Parc Naturel des Boucles de la Seine Normande and the wide meanders of the Seine, between the forests of La Londe and Montfort, lies the peaceful village of Berville-en-Roumois. At its heart, the former presbytery, a superb 16th-century half-timbered building, is home to a friendly gîte. As soon as you arrive, you'll be impressed by this large house with its carved beams. The interior is warm and welcoming, and has retained some of its original character with its old doors and half-timbered interior. Beautifully appointed, it's perfect for vacations with family or friends, with plenty of space, two sitting areas and a kitchen that will inspire you to prepare delicious meals. There are also two practical shower rooms and toilets. In the garden, you'll find a dining table, deckchairs for a siesta and a pétanque court. The village also boasts a bakery and restaurant.
The region is rich in natural and cultural discoveries.

GROUND FLOOR: entrance to living room with modern kitchen and sitting area, shower room and separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: 2 large bedrooms, one with a 160x200 double bed and cot, the other with a 140x200 double bed and 2 single beds. Nice little living room with TV (with a 1-person bed for a possible emergency), shower room and separate toilet. There's a private 100 m² garden and a shared area with the pétanque court; the whole property is not enclosed.
The gîte adjoins the town hall, with the garden separated by a palisade fence.
