The Pré-Boulay gîte, surrounded by a beech forest, offers sumptuous panoramic views over the Bray buttonhole, between the Andelle and Epte rivers. When you're in the mood to relax, you can take advantage of the summer lounge, glazed on to the 2-hectare landscaped park, superb with its tall trees, its (unprotected) pond and its little inhabitants, ducks and chickens. Although it used to be a barn, today you can really feel the spirit of a large, warm family home, full of charm and history, with its exposed beams and antique furniture, and its slightly old-fashioned atmosphere; an ideal cocoon for welcoming "tribes". Lyons-la-Forêt, one of France's most beautiful villages, is just a stone's throw away, and has plenty of friendly shops. In the hamlet, you can go shopping for good produce at the farm store.

Ground floor: entrance to the large, welcoming living room with fireplace and comfortable dining area. Next door, a very well-equipped kitchen and games room or summer lounge with piano: a very pleasant living room overlooking the park. Double bedroom opening directly onto the garden (double bed and desk), shower room with large shower and toilet, separate toilet and storeroom. Upstairs, a pretty, light-filled library with glassed-in sitting area, then a long hallway leads to the 5 pretty attic bedrooms, each with built-in closet and desk (7 single beds, 2 double beds, 1 crib); shower room with toilet, bathroom with bathtub and shower and separate toilet. Games: badminton or volleyball, or pétanque. The 2-hectare park is shared with the owners, who are your neighbors.

    Séjour très agréable

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Fleury la forêt, entre amis pour la semaine du nouvel an. Le gite est très agréable, surtout l'espace du bas partagé le salon et la cuisine conviviale. L'ensemble de la maison est bien aménagée, à l'étage les chambres sont agréables, un peu froides, mais nous sommes tombés sur une semaine très froide qui s'est terminée sous la neige, c'était très beau ces paysages tout blanc! Mais prévoir donc un petit budget supplémentaire chauffage. La propriété est très agréable ainsi que la région pour les balades et les sorties à Lyons la Forêt. La propriétaire également très sympathique et accueillante.

    Gite parfait pour un long weekend entre amis

    Spacious and welcoming gite ideal for a long winter weekend with friends. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with plenty of sauscepans, crockery, dishes and cutlery (this is not always the case, in my experience of gites). Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The grounds are extensive.

    Sérénité

    Venant pour la 9ème fois au Pré Boulay (stage bien-être et fête familiale), j’apprécie de plus en plus ce bel endroit. L’atmosphère cocooning de la maison, le magnifique parc, la proximité de la forêt, l’accueil très chaleureux de Mr et Mme Lefort ne procurent qu’une envie : revenir ! (ce que je ferai dans quelques mois). Que dire de plus ? Nous nous sentons bien dans cette maison, une bonne énergie y règne.

    Noël en famille

    Ce gîte a répondu à nos attentes familiales, pièce centrale très confortable où nous avons passé la totalité de la semaine.Ce gîte était en tous points conforme à l'annonce! Claire la propriétaire s'est montrée très disponible et généreuse.
