A delightful little nest for 2, 3 or 4 near the fabulous Marais Vernier nature reserve, on an estate with swimming pool

"Le Pommier is an adorable pied-à-terre, perfect for a quiet getaway just a stone's throw from the Côte Fleurie. Set in a quaint little village, you're right on top of the superb Marais Vernier, a former loop of the Seine which is now home to an exceptional nature reserve inhabited by wild horses, amazing Scottish cows, storks and other migratory birds. Set in a residential park, Agnès and Franck offer you this cosy, welcoming cocoon, both indoors, with its complete equipment and well-thought-out comfort, and out in the garden, all yours and well enclosed, with a large terrace, two dining areas near the chalet or under the pergola, a real relaxation lounge, a hanging armchair and deckchairs: days and evenings in fine weather are sure to be enjoyable! You can take advantage of the estate's facilities, from the large swimming pool in season to the leisure room with table soccer and billiards, table tennis and communal games. Franck also organizes friendly events from spring onwards: walks to the Marais Vernier, pétanque competitions, parties, aquagym, all in a very friendly, good-natured atmosphere. The region has some great tourist attractions to discover, such as Pont-Audemer and its canals. There are also plenty of walks starting from the Domaine, between the route des chaumières, the GR23 and the Seine by bike, so why not take a guided tour of the Marais?

The Chalet is located on a peaceful residential leisure park owned by the owners. From the large terrace, raised by 3 steps, you enter the living room with its kitchen, dining area, small relaxation area and alcove lounge with TV. Two small bedrooms with storage space: one with a double bed and the other a twin (2 Cot 80x190 beds that can be brought together to form a double bed). Small bathroom with shower and vanity unit. Separate toilet. You'll enjoy a lovely, well-staged garden, with several outdoor dining areas, a lounge and comfortable deckchairs for naps. The garden is fully enclosed (approx. 200 m²). You can stroll around the estate and take advantage of all the facilities: the large heated swimming pool (mini at 26°C) which welcomes you from May 15 to September 15 (depth from 1.10 to 2 meters), the leisure room with table soccer and billiards, outdoor ping-pong, ... and in season the many events organized by your host. Parking on the chalet property (one space) or at the entrance to the estate. Shared laundry facilities (first tokens provided) with washing machine and dryer.
