Behind its blue shutters and red bricks, this charming house is home to a cosy little Holiday cottage with a Countryside feel. Tomettes floor tiles, a decorative fireplace and exposed beams will give you a gentle feeling of comfort and make you feel at home for a cocooning stay for two. This former dovecote is the perfect nest for evenings of reading or board games. Under the awning, bicycles and scooters are at your disposal for exploring this little-known corner of Normandy and its flax fields. Why not watch the herons on the banks of the Breteuil ponds, or take a tour of the local producers? Among them, chocolatier Cluizel will show you all his secrets at the Chocolatrium, his chocolate museum. About 20km from the Holiday cottage, don't miss Center Parcs, with its water park and Spa.

Ground floor: Entrance into living room with comfortable sofa, TV and dining area with Countryside views; full-length kitchen area opens onto the living room. It gives access to the comfortable bathroom with separate toilet inside the room. UPSTAIRS: access via a spiral staircase to the mezzanine bedroom opening onto the living room. It is equipped with two single beds 90x190, which can be made into a large double bed 180x190. The room has a sloping ceiling, and may not be suitable for people over 1m85 tall. Outside, you benefit from a private semi-enclosed garden of around 100 m² with garden furniture and a small terrace in front of the house. This is adjacent to another Holiday cottage for ten people (ref: 1396). Bikes and scooters are available under the awning, as are wooden outdoor games. The portico is shared with the other Holiday cottage. On the other side of the fence is an unprotected pond.
