The perfect little holiday cottage just as you’d imagine it, with everything you love: that’s what Le Petit Pré has to offer! Nestled in the countryside at the end of a tree-lined cul-de-sac, you’ll fall in love with this charming little house with its distinctly Norman character and traditional, colorful half-timbering. All around, there are pastures where horses and sheep graze, sunken paths winding through the foliage, and charming, traditional villages like Giverville or Saint Georges du Vièvre, where you can do some shopping or grab dinner. But once you’ve settled in, you won’t want to leave this lovely little corner of nature all to yourselves. Donatien has created a truly welcoming and fun vacation home here, dedicated to your wellbeing: a comfortable and cozy house, very well-equipped, with several relaxation areas in the lovely tree-lined garden, an outbuilding with a Sauna, Spa, a room for relaxation or a game of darts, and outdoor games: badminton, molkky, and croquet.

All to yourself during your stay: a beautiful, tree-lined property comprising the holiday cottage and its outbuilding. Inside the house, on the ground floor: a living room with a cozy sitting area featuring a large corner sofa and a TV, followed by the kitchen and a comfortable dining area. A small, very functional bathroom with a large walk-in shower, vanity unit, and washing machine; separate toilet. The staircase, which is a bit steep, leads to an attic floor with, on one side, the double bedroom featuring ample storage, and on the other, a smaller bedroom with twin beds. There is a restroom on the landing. In the outbuilding dedicated to wellbeing and leisure, you’ll find a room with a Sauna and a cozy bar area, complete with a dartboard. Right next to it, opening onto the garden—covered and secluded from view—is a 6-person Spa with lounge furniture. There are also sun loungers, a relaxation area on the terrace by the Sauna, and garden furniture near the house by the barbecue for your outdoor meals. Private, enclosed garden (600 m²). The Spa is available year-round but must be requested between October and April to ensure proper planning. Bicycle delivery is available.
