A real little Holiday cottage as we imagine it, with everything we love: that's what Le Petit Pré is all about! Set in the Countryside, at the end of a tree-lined cul-de-sac, you'll fall under the spell of this little house with its traditional, colorful half-timbering and Norman accents. Surrounding it are pastures where horses and sheep roam, little lanes under the foliage and typical, friendly villages like Giverville or Saint Georges du Vièvre where you can shop or dine. But once you've settled in, you won't want to leave this adorable little corner of nature behind. Donatien has created a real vacation home that's friendly, fun and dedicated to your Wellbeing: a comfortable, warm and well-equipped house, several relaxation areas in the pretty wooded garden, an outbuilding with sauna, spa, room for relaxing or a game of darts and outdoor games: badminton, molkky, croquet.

In the house, on the ground floor: living room with cosy sitting area and large corner sofa, TV, then the kitchen and comfortable dining area. Small, functional shower room with large walk-in shower, vanity unit and washing machine; separate wc. The slightly steep staircase leads to an attic floor with a double bedroom on one side and a twin on the other. WC on landing. In the outbuilding dedicated to Wellbeing and leisure, you'll find a room with a sauna, a bar area and a dartboard. Next door, opening onto the covered garden, you'll find a 6-seater Spa with relaxation furniture. There are also sun loungers, a relaxing lounge on the terrace next to the sauna, and garden furniture next to the barbecue for outdoor meals. Enclosed garden (600 m²). Spa available all year round, but on request between October and April for better organization. Bikes available for delivery.
