A true corner of paradise with a distinctly Norman accent, Le Petit Clos Perrey welcomes you for a restful stay or to discover a rich natural, cultural and tourist environment. Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac in the heart of a wooded park, you'll fall under the spell of this little house in typical style, designed by Catherine and Patrick to welcome their family and friends; they're delighted to welcome you today. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a "country house" feel: terracotta floor tiles and exposed beams, pretty antique furniture and beautiful colors, all in contemporary comfort designed with your vacation in mind. And here's a plus: leisure activities! There are plenty of indoor and outdoor games and board games, not forgetting the relaxing garden lounge! Set in the Parc naturel des boucles de la Seine Normande, the gîte is perfectly situated for visiting Normandy: Marais Vernier, Honfleur, Rouen, route des chaumières...
Ground floor: entrance from the terrace into the bright, welcoming living room: well-equipped kitchen, comfortable dining area and lounge. Bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate toilet. The staircase leads to a relaxation area on the landing (convertible sofa), then to 2 elegant attic bedrooms, each with a double bed and a beautiful view of the garden. Cot and high chair. There's plenty of space just for you in the spacious 5500m² landscaped garden, shared with Catherine and Patrick, who have their longère (second home) dating from 1798; the size of the grounds gives everyone complete independence. Plenty of games: badminton, trampoline, pétanque, mollky, table tennis and bicycles for young and old. An automatic gate and a large parking lot allow you to park your vehicle with complete peace of mind. Garage for bikes and motorcycles available. You're close to the coast, Pont Audemer, and many pretty villages like Le Bec Hellouin.

MD Excellent séjour
Excellent séjour au vert et au calme dans un gîte très bien entretenu et équipé. Le gite est bien situé pour faire plusieurs sorties variées aux alentours. Les enfants ont adoré l’ensemble des activités à disposition (jeux de société, grand espace vert avec vélos, ping pong, pétanque, fléchettes… et bien sûr le tir à l’arc). Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs délicates attentions !

Famille94 Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse quinzaine au Petit Clos Perrey. Catherine et Patrick nous ont accueillis avec une extrême gentillesse, à la fois disponibles et discrets. Les délicieuses confitures de Catherine ont été un plaisir et les séances de tir à l'arc avec Patrick resteront un souvenir inoubliable.
Le gîte est situé dans un hameau très calme, avec de très belles balades accessibles en vélo. Nous avons découvert en famille une très belle région, ainsi que Honfleur peu éloigné.
La maison possède un grand jardin, très joliment entretenu. Les oiseaux ont été un enchantement, parfait pour se détendre.
Nous avons passé de très agréables moments à profiter du calme et de la nature environnante.
La maison impeccable est très bien équipée, les chambres sont grandes.Nos enfants et nous avons adoré ces vacances et ce gîte, nous espérons y revenir !

Berlin Idylle in der Normandie
Wir, ein Paar, haben drei schöne Ferienwochen im komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichteten "Le Petit Clos Perrey" verbracht. Jeden Tag haben wir das Haus und den herrlichen Garten genossen. Vielen Dank an unsere aufmerksamen Gastgeber, die uns mit Ausflugtips und Früchten des Gartens versorgten und sich um unser Wohl kümmerten. Das Haus liegt günstig, sowohl für weitere Ausflüge als auch für attraktive Ziele in der näheren Umgebung. Im großen Garten kann man sich wunderbar erholen. Wir haben viele schöne Erinnerungen mitgenommen. Ein großes Dankeschön aus Berlin an unsere freundlichen Gastgeber

Michpan Wonderful stay!
From the moment we were welcomed to the day we left, our stay was fantastic. Catherine and Patrick are the kindest gîte hosts we have had, with their friendly welcome, the time and attention they gave to our children, and the little gestures they left for us in the house. The gîte was spotless, really well equipped and the gardens just beautiful. We don’t usually visit the same holiday home twice, but we will surely be back! Thank you so much Catherine and Patrick!
