In a quiet hamlet in the heart of the Countryside, this truly vacation home is full of charm. It brilliantly combines the character of its Norman half-timbering with a chic, contemporary interior in soothing light tones. The living room is spacious and comfortable, and the bedrooms are cosy and bright. All rooms open onto the garden, which is the highlight of this beautiful address. In front of the Holiday cottage, you'll find your own private terrace, and access to the large communal area with plenty of games, petanque pitch, playground, trampoline, table tennis, soccer goal, goat farm, space to run and exercise, and outdoor Spa and sauna for relaxing moments all year round. The owners, your neighbors, will give you a warm welcome and advise you on good local farm produce or the nuggets to be discovered nearby: Le Bec Hellouin, one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, or the Château d'Harcourt and its arboretum.

On the ground floor, you enter the living room with its comfortable lounge, followed by the modern, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, which opens onto the terrace and garden. The staircase leads up to the 2 attic bedrooms: the smaller one with a double bed and the larger one with 3 single beds. Between the two, a shower room with large shower, vanity unit and toilet. The 150 m² garden, with its large terrace, is private; it is located on the large property where you can stroll around the 8000 m² fully enclosed grounds. There's plenty of play equipment for young and old, including a playground, trampoline, table tennis, soccer goal, petanque pitch, goat's corner and an orchard for grazing in fine weather.
