This former boarding school for young girls is now a really nice vacation spot that has retained the spirit of a large, charming family home: you'll feel the atmosphere as soon as you arrive under the cherry laurel hedge, then in front of the pretty building covered in Virginia creeper, with its elegant marquise and welcome statue. In the middle of the Countryside, there's plenty of space just for you, with a 4000 m² garden, a brazier and plenty of games to enjoy: ping-pong, volleyball or badminton, trampoline, molkky, Breton shuffleboard... and also the house's 3 donkeys! Plenty of space inside too, with 400 m² on 3 levels, a great room and 12 bedrooms. Comfortable, well-equipped and flexible, it's the ideal place to stay with family or friends, or for business meetings. You're just 2 h from Paris, 1 h from Rouen or Caen and 40 min from the Côte Fleurie and Deauville.

There's plenty to do in the surrounding area: Hiking on the many footpaths or on the GR du Pays d'Auge, 3.7 km away, Fishing at the Asnières fish farm, horse-riding, go-karting, etc. as far as Cerza Zoo, 8 km away. The little secret: Cormeilles, a charming village with traditional half-timbered houses, 8 km away.
