Close to the Vallée de l'Oison, Christine has converted this gîte into a cosy cocoon. This attic apartment is warm, comfortable and well-equipped. Totally independent thanks to its own access, you'll feel right at home. There's plenty of time for family get-togethers: cooking dinner together, movie and popcorn nights, or board games. There's also a lovely garden planted with fruit trees, where you'll find plenty of opportunities to relax and unwind. Children will have a front-row seat to watch and greet the chickens. There are many places to visit in the surrounding area, including Moulin Amour, Domaine du Champ de Bataille, the little Versailles of Normandy, and Domaine d'Harcourt. The nearby countryside offers beautiful walks along paths with numerous springs.

A private staircase leads to this attic apartment on the first floor. Entrance to the living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, dining area and comfortable lounge with TV, DVD player, board games and children's books. The 2 bedrooms are comfortable: the first, with its African flair and double bed, offers plenty of closed storage space; the second, with its restful decor and 2 twin single beds. Bathroom with washing machine, towel dryer and vanity unit. Separate toilet. You have access to a private, unenclosed garden of approx. 1000 m² on the common grounds of 2000 m² shared with your host and the two guest rooms. A swing and slide for the little ones are available. For your convenience, all utilities are included, as are bed linen and towels. The friendly owner lives just down the road and will be happy to show you around. Outdoor tennis court 1km from the gîte.
