A 12-hectare estate dedicated to fly fishing, Moulin de Chaise Dieu du Theil is a true haven of peace in Normandy, in the heart of the Iton valley. As soon as you enter the property, you'll be charmed by this bucolic setting, soothing and rejuvenating between river, lakes and ponds. Both in the mill and upstairs in the fisherman's lodge, Emilie has created three elegant and beautifully appointed bed and breakfast rooms, each full of charm and offering superb views over the estate. You'll enjoy gourmet breakfasts and, on reservation, a delicious table d'hôtes based on local produce selected by the chef. As for leisure activities, this region of the Pays d'Ouche is very pretty and inspires beautiful walks to small towns such as Verneuil d'Avre et d'Iton or l'Aigle, or charming villages such as Chaise Dieu du Theil, via small roads and country lanes. And why not plan a day of Fishing on site, to be booked in advance, to stay in this enchanting setting? On site, you'll find a nice little flea market, a store selling good local produce, a tea room and cocktail bar with a fine selection of wines to enjoy on the spot. There's also a room to hire for small events (20-30 people). The GR 221 passes through the village at 700 m.

IN THE LODGE: the "fishermen's room" is located on the first floor of the fishermen's lodge. This charming attic room has 2 single beds (90x200), a twin or double bed on request (top-of-the-range bedding), a sitting area and a shower room with toilet. On-site access to the Fishing domain with daily services, as well as a seminar room. IN THE MILL: on the second floor, "Murmures de feuilles" is a beautiful, spacious room with panoramic decor and plush carpeting: top-of-the-range 160x200 bedding, sitting area, desk and spacious bathroom with XXL walk-in shower, double vanity unit and toilet. The "pink bedroom" is equally spacious and elegant, warm and chic with its tassel chandelier and antique furniture: top-of-the-range 180x200 bedding, armchair, desk and beautiful bathroom with large whirlpool bath, double vanity unit and separate toilet. Next door is a bedroom for one person or two Kids (120x200 bed). In the garden, while there's plenty of space to relax or stroll around the mill and lodge, the rest of the estate is reserved for fishermen in search of peace and quiet. The tea room is open from Friday to Monday.
