Situated at the end of a bucolic lane leading down to the river, this gîte offers all the tranquillity you need for a successful vacation or weekend in the heart of nature: the lapping of the water, a garden enclosed by hedges just for you, where you can settle in on fine days, and a view over the fields and the valley, a real postcard with its characteristic cows. In an authentic atmosphere with traditional materials, the living rooms will give you a real "country house" feel. With so many leisure activities between Brionne and Pont-Audemer, you'll never be bored! There's also a swing set, badminton, croquet, fishing and hiking (GR224).

On the ground floor, this gîte features an original living room with exposed mill mechanisms: the modern, well-equipped kitchen area overlooks the garden and opens onto the dining room. Separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a sitting area with television and a study area. A two-part bedroom sleeps three, with a double bed on one side and a single bed on the other. The first floor also includes two modern shower rooms, one with toilet. Finally, the 2nd floor houses a large relaxation or games area, with a bench for extra sleeping space, as well as a 2nd bedroom that can accommodate up to four people, also in 2 areas: 2 bunk beds on one side and a 160x200 double bed on the other. Cot and booster seat. Beautiful garden of approx. 1000 m², planted with trees and bordered by the river. Fishing possible with fishing licence (category 1 river). Bread oven in the garden for baking bread and pizzas (wood available).
