Located in the heart of the Pays d'Ouche, this pretty gite welcomes you to this secret corner of Normandy for a week or more. Its landscapes are ideal for hiking, with orchards and windmills leading the way to Conches-en-Ouche, a pretty little town with half-timbered houses and plenty of shops. In the evening, relax around a roaring fire in the cosy lounge area and take advantage of the large open spaces offered by this gîte. When the weather's fine, a large 70m² terrace awaits you outside, where you can enjoy a meal with family or friends.

Ground floor: large entrance with storage space. Warm living room with fireplace, sitting area and dining area. Spacious kitchen with washing machine. Bathroom and separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: three bedrooms. One with a double bed (140X190), one triple with a double bed and a single bed and one with a double bed (160X200) and access to a small balcony. Bright bathroom with toilet. Outside, you have access to a 350m² enclosed garden and a lovely 70m² terrace with garden furniture. High chair and cot available on request. Playing field next to the gîte for ball games or pétanque.
