Treat yourself to a stay in a superb Renaissance manor house, set amidst its characteristic moat, with fields and woods as far as the eye can see. Inside, you'll find plenty of space and character, with terracotta floor tiles, exposed beams and a spectacular fireplace with superb carved decoration, all designed with your comfort in mind. There's something for everyone here, with beautiful bedrooms, a games and relaxation room and a truly large living room. On the garden side, there's plenty of space to breathe, stretch your legs or simply relax. Yolande has thought of your leisure activities: petanque pitch, swing with slide, seesaw, dart board and even a mini tree climbing wall in the woods! You can also visit the neighboring goats, fish in the moat or take a nap in a deckchair.
The region is very pleasant with plenty of hiking opportunities, or nearby Bernay and Beaumesnil, not to be missed.

GROUND FLOOR: entrance into a large kitchen-dining room with a separating bar and television, a large living room with a superb fireplace (for decoration only) and television, a games room for the little ones or a sitting area for relaxation, 2 bedrooms (each with a 160x200 double bed), shower room with wc, bathroom with wc, separate wc. UPSTAIRS: three bedrooms, each with two single beds, shower room with toilet. Behind the gîte, a lovely terrace awaits you, with garden furniture and barbecue. The large garden, just for you, is approx. 2300 m², unenclosed, with the moat still in place (not secure). No permit required for fishing (carp, tench, roach, perch). Yolande, your host, lives next door and will be happy to advise you on your walks.
