Over the years, Gérard has converted the property with great care and taste, starting with this large building, part of which is now a spacious and very comfortable Holiday cottage, cleverly laid out so that everyone has their own space. It's completely self-contained, and very cosy with its old terracotta floor tiles, exposed beams and beams, and Countryside atmosphere. A real plus: the billiard room upstairs, but above all the superb wooded and enclosed grounds through which you reach the village and its shops. What could be more charming than watching the squirrels play from the terrace or living room? You're just a stone's throw from Évreux, its cathedral and the lovely banks of the Iton river.

Ground floor: entrance, semi-separate kitchen opening onto the spacious living room, which opens onto the terrace and garden: cosy living room with wood-burning stove and comfortable Countryside-style dining room. WC with washbasin. ON THE FIRST FLOOR: you arrive at the vast landing, which has been converted into a relaxation area with a French billiard table, and then the corridor leading to the bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are each equipped with a 140x190 double bed, one of which has access to a small balcony. The third bedroom has two single beds (90x190) and a separate shower room and toilet. Garden: swing and slide in the 6,000 m² park! City stadium less than 500 m away. You're at the entrance to a charming village with a small, convenient supermarket just 500 m away.
