Over the years, Gérard has developed the property with great care and taste, starting with this large building, part of which is now a spacious and very comfortable gîte, cleverly laid out so that everyone has their own space. It's entirely self-contained, and very warm with its old terracotta floor tiles, exposed beams and framework, and country-house atmosphere. A real plus: the billiard room upstairs, but above all the superb wooded and enclosed grounds through which you reach the village and its shops. What could be more charming than watching the squirrels play from the terrace or living room? You're at the gateway to the Pays d'Ouche and a stone's throw from Evreux and its pretty banks of the Iton.

Ground floor: entrance, kitchen opening onto the large living room which opens onto the terrace and garden: cosy living room with wood-burning stove and comfortable country-style dining room. WC with washbasin. Upstairs, you'll find a large landing with a French billiards table, and 3 bedrooms with sloping ceilings: 2 with double beds and the other with 2 single beds, plus a cot. Separate shower room and toilet. In the garden, there's a swing and a slide in the 6,000 m² park! You're at the entrance to a charming village with a small, convenient supermarket just 500 m away.
