This large building offers generous volumes and an ideal layout for vacations with family and friends. The meticulous decoration and overall quality are matched by very complete facilities. You'll enjoy a lovely, spacious terrace in front of the gîte and an enclosed garden to the rear, just for you. Bernay, a town of art and history, is close by and will enchant you with its old timber-framed houses, charming little streets and waterside walks.
Main floor: large living room with fitted kitchen, comfortable dining area and lounge, shower room with toilet. UPSTAIRS: 7 bedrooms (5 double beds and 4 single beds), second living room on the large landing, 2 shower rooms and 2 wc. Accessible from outside, a beautiful games and relaxation room with babyfoots for all ages and children's billiards, TV, board games, a double bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200 and a shower room with wc. For your comfort, bed linen is provided. Terrace with ping-pong table and large wooded garden to the rear with petanque court. Two televisions, one of which (upstairs) is for DVD playback only. Train station 2 km away (Paris-Cherbourg line). Garden approx. 300 m².

Une très bonne adresse pour visiter Bernay,petite ville très sympa, accessible à pied avec plusieurs espaces permettant à chacun de se reposer et un groupe de 15 personnes de passer de bons moments ensemble.

Handikolo Lieu de vacances ideal
Nous sommes une agence de voyage adaptés pour les adultes et enfants en situation de handicap et en l'occurrence nous avions organisé un séjour pour 6 enfants qui étaient accompagnées de leurs 4 animateurs. La propriétaire a été très compréhensive au vu de la situation. Il y a eu un peu de casse comme cela peut arriver mais les choses ont tout de suite étés prises en charge par la famille de l'enfant concerné et la propriétaire. L'hébergement parfait pour des vacances de rêves pour des enfants qui n'en n'ont pas souvent l'occasion... Merci pour eux et votre flexibilité !
