In a hamlet in the Countryside, between fields and woods, Le Jardin d'Emma offers you a peaceful stay, perfect for a well-deserved break. Sonia and Stéphane have designed this small outbuilding as a real vacation home, welcoming, comfortable, pleasant and very well equipped. The atmosphere is soft, with light tones and a modern Countryside feel. Set in a vast garden bordering fields as far as the eye can see, you'll enjoy a lovely terrace and an adjoining covered shelter where you can spend a real moment of Wellbeing in the superb Spa. Many other games are available: table tennis, badminton, swing and slide, darts. Nearby is a pleasant village with convenient basic shops, which can be reached on foot along the path that runs alongside the Holiday cottage. The region is well worth exploring, with walks along the banks of the River Iton in Evreux, the Pays d'Ouche to the south and the incredible Château du Champ de Bataille in the Pays du Neubourg.

PLAIN-LEVEL Holiday cottage: entrance to living room with comfortable lounge (sofa bed for 2), comfortable dining area and well-equipped kitchenette. Spacious bedroom with TV (double bed). Bathroom with toilet. You'll enjoy a large, private terrace, and a 2500 m² garden with a swing and slide, part of which is shared with the owners; their house is on the other side of the plot. Outside, you'll enjoy a beautiful 4-seater Spa under a shelter, open all year round. Massages by prior arrangement. Behind, fields as far as the eye can see and the small road leading to the village. Ample parking. Motorcycle or bicycle shelter. Electric charging point for cars in the village (2 km).
