Peace and quiet right in the middle of town!

The heron and the hedgehog welcome you to this charming place where life is good: as soon as you step through the porch, you'll feel right at home in this late 18th-century property in the heart of the village: beautiful character buildings, walled garden and a lovely wooded area on the other side of the river. Laëtitia has installed this elegant Holiday cottage in one of the outbuildings and turned it into a warm and friendly vacation home, with lots of little touches. The decor is a truly successful blend of antique furniture and objects, often family heirlooms in harmony with the setting, and resolutely contemporary touches. There are plenty of games available on site: board games, Kids' games and, for the outdoors, a swing set, table tennis, badminton, a trampoline, a petanque pitch and bicycles for young and old. Another great asset is the superb indoor swimming pool, which you can access from the Holiday cottage, heated and available all year round! The village, with its shops, is very pleasant.

Entrance on ground floor, bright living room with lounge, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, opening onto sheltered terrace. Separate shower room and toilet. Upstairs, a landing has been converted into a relaxation and leisure area, perfect for children, with lots of wooden games and books. On one side, a pretty, bright bedroom with green accents, decorative fireplace and double bed, and on the other, 2 communicating bedrooms: the first is cheerful and ideal for children (2 single beds), the second warm and fresh in pink tones (double bed 160x200). The house opens entirely onto the garden. Laëtitia, Philippe and their children live in the main house; you have your own private space, but the rest of the garden is shared, as is the swimming pool (9x4m), which will only be used in your absence. A very green little town with lively shops, ideal for strolling along the banks of the Risle or in the parks; many hiking trails all around.
