A charming little house surrounded by apple trees and horses

A charming little old house in the middle of meadows where horses roam, with the countryside as far as the eye can see: here's the setting for your next vacation that's simply relaxing and rejuvenating. Rémi welcomes you to his ranch in a charming region dotted with forests, rivers and friendly little villages. The house is very pretty, modern and up-to-date, decorated in light shades of beige and gray, warm and comfortable. The gîte is independent, with its own private garden, but you'll be able to stroll along the grasslands and visit the animals: horses, donkeys, ponies, chickens, ducks, geese, pheasants, peacocks, sheep and goats! Rémi is also a cider producer and beekeeper, and will be delighted to talk to you about all his passions, including cooking.
You'll love the surrounding walks, to Bec Hellouin, one of France's most beautiful villages with its abbey, to the Risle valley or to the Château du Champ de Bataille.

Entrance to the ground floor through a glazed room, a living room that's both bright with its colors and numerous openings, and warm with its beautiful wooden furniture and exposed beams: the kitchen area is very functional and well-equipped, the dining area very pleasant and the comfortable living room close to the TV and with a view of the horses. Also on the ground floor, a double bedroom (bed 160x200), with outside access, the shower room with large walk-in shower and towel dryer, and the separate toilet. Upstairs, an open-plan space with a double bed on one side, and a visually separated area with 2 single beds on the other. There's also a toilet with washbasin. The private garden is around 500 m² with games, badminton and pétanque. Garage available. Less than 5 km away, the voie verte takes you safely to Le Bec Hellouin on one side, or to Le Neubourg on the other.
