Using environmentally-friendly materials, this large, all-wood building opens onto the outdoors with incredible views, offering you space and comfort. A large garden all around for playing or relaxing.
You're on a Hiking trail that leads down through the woods to the banks of the Seine: a wonderful walk! Nearby, why not take an exotic ferry across the Seine? There's so much to discover in the region, including the vast Marais Vernier nature reserve and the Haye de Routot ecomuseums.

Ground floor: superb, spacious 60 m² living room, with panoramic windows opening onto the professional kitchen for greater conviviality. A corridor leads to 3 bedrooms, one of which is handicapped-accessible, each with 2 single beds, shower, washbasin and toilet. UPSTAIRS: 4 large bedrooms with 2 or 3 single beds, each with shower, toilet and washbasin; the most spacious offers an incredible view of the valley. Bed linen provided; highchair and changing mat available. There's a large, unenclosed garden all around the Holiday cottage, with the Forest on one side and the superb panorama on the other. No barbecue for safety reasons.
If you do not opt for the cleaning package on departure, you will be asked to clean the kitchen, living room and bathroom. WARNING: DUE TO THE PROXIMITY OF NEIGHBORS, NOISY PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN.
