An elegant, brick-built country house, the Gîte du Mont Cardon is one of those places where you immediately feel at home, reassured that you've come to the right place. The atmosphere is warm, the renovation superb and the equipment top-notch. A cosy lounge next to a roaring fire, soft or bright lighting on the veranda, natural woodwork, wood panelling and bricks, and a choice of soft, natural colors... not forgetting Amandine's little Norman details and attentions. You'll love the space, inside and out, and the superb veranda with its inside-outside spirit. Leisure activities include playing in the garden, napping under the apple tree, reading on the sofa and plenty of lovely walks in the surrounding countryside, through fields and forests.
The region is magnificent, with its many hills and valleys, Pont-Audemer with its canals, Beuzeville with its small shops and the coast.

Ground floor: entrance with checkroom, large bright living room with large windows and warmth of exposed brick and half-timber: cosy lounge in front of the fireplace, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. Next door, the superb veranda opens onto the garden and Countryside, with a second living room and a new dining area. Beautiful, bright bathroom with bathtub and large walk-in shower; linen room and separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: 2 pretty bedrooms with Countryside views and tv in each: a 160x200 double bed in one and 2 80x200 single beds that can be combined if required; also a small desk in one of them. You'll enjoy a vast 2000 m² garden with Raphaël's fields all around and a view of the Forest. Games: skittles, slide, swing, electronic dartboard in the living room. If you need to work, there's an office area and the Holiday cottage is equipped with fiber optics.
