This pretty half-timbered outbuilding with red shutters is now home to a charming, welcoming gîte on the edge of the village and fields. On an independent part of his property, Laurent has converted this pretty vacation home into a comfortable, warm home, with traditional materials (terracotta floor tiles, beams, half-timbering...). Traditional renovation using ecological materials (hemp concrete and interior lime/linen rendering).
Reversible air conditioning commissioned in 2024 for greater comfort in summer and savings in winter.

Ground floor: living room with sitting area and kitchen (wood and charcoal stove), wc. FIRST FLOOR: 2 bedrooms opening onto the garden (1 double bed 160x200 cm, 2 single beds), shower room with wc. As the bedrooms are on the first floor, they are not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Decorated in a very contemporary seventies-brocante style, using furniture that he himself has brought up to date. In front of the gîte, part of the garden is private on a 500 m² plot. For your comfort, linen is provided and beds made up on arrival. Iton valley and forest just a stone's throw away. Hiking trails nearby. The owners provide you with a secure outdoor domestic socket. Electricity consumption for recharging your vehicle is included in the 8kW per day charge: any excess will be invoiced after the house meter has been read.
