A secret little corner of the Countryside between grassland and Forest, along a valley and hidden away in a cul-de-sac, this is the bucolic setting of Holiday cottage des Merles. This elegant farmhouse with its traditional half-timbering is the ideal vacation home: outside, a hectare of private grassland to let off steam and breathe, and a vast, beautifully flower-filled garden with a large terrace and several areas for your outdoor moments, including a lounge, garden furniture or deckchairs. The interior is full of charm and warmth, bright and spacious, entirely designed for comfort and relaxation: "natural" decor, light wood, antique or designer furniture, beautiful materials and fine finishings accompany a top-notch equipment: small flambé with the stove, perfect kitchen, very nice bedding, leisure activities upstairs. Sophie and Pascal's attentive welcome is second to none! Hiking and horse-riding from the Holiday cottage, with paddock, tack room and circuits supplied on map or GPX.

Ground floor: entrance into a lovely, bright living room opening onto the garden and terrace: checkroom area, kitchen separated by a convivial bar, dining area around the round table and cocooning lounge with leather sofas and velvet armchairs by the stove. Lovely poppy bedroom (double bed 160x200), shower room with toilet and laundry area.
Comfortable first floor: landing with desk and small library (games, books), 2 bedrooms with a choice of a double bed (180x200) or 2 single beds (90x200), shower room with small bath for Kids, wc and washbasin. Large garden opening onto accessible grassland (1 hectare at a dead end) with flower-filled terrace, lounge and sun loungers. RVE terminal. Equestrian facilities (€7/day): paddock in front of Holiday cottage, tack room, horse shower. PR/GR trails and circuits supplied (maps and GPX), label Accueil Cheval Normandie.
