Situated in a pretty, flower-filled village overlooking the Seine valley and offering splendid panoramic views, this half-timbered house is full of charm: Claudine and Didier have given it the character of a traditional Norman house, with its terracotta tiles, parquet flooring, beams and old woodwork, a pretty decor found in the local flea markets, and contemporary comforts. You'll love the spaciousness both inside and out, and the warm comfort: cosy interior with two living rooms, quality fixtures and fittings, and a very pleasant garden with plenty of room for the whole family to run around and play. Children can visit Loustique the donkey, the dwarf goats, the geese and the chickens in the farmyard, or enjoy the games: badminton, table tennis, bicycles and pétanque; a covered shelter will also come in handy on rainy days. Communal children's playground next door, and plenty of hiking trails in the vicinity. Restaurant in the village.
Ground floor: entrance into living room with lounge and dining area, semi-open-plan kitchen, pretty bedroom with 2-person 160x200 bed (crib available on request), shower room with large walk-in shower and 2 washbasins, separate toilet, laundry room. UPSTAIRS: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, one 160x200 and one 90x200 single bed), bathroom, separate wc and an attractive landing room with lounge and study. The fully enclosed garden is 3000 m², with an unprotected pond. Here you're between the Eure and Seine valleys, in the heart of a rich natural and tourist environment: 5 min walk to an exceptional panorama of the Seine valley, aquatic center 3 km away, Rouen 30 km, Paris 100 km, swimming pool and skating rink 3 km away. A13 (semi-buried) 300 m away as the crow flies.

5/5Merci pour votre accueil dans votre très beau gîte où nous avons passé avec mes filles et petits fils un très agréable séjour. Il est très bien équipé et il y a plein de jeux pour les enfants. Le grand jardin à fait le bonheur des enfants et aussi le notre. J'espère pouvoir revenir.

Gîte calme et idéalement situé
5/5Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte. Il est très bien équipé. Calme assuré.
Le chauffage est compris dans le prix (très appréciable). Il y a également des vélos et une table de ping-pong à disposition.
La literie est de bonne qualité, le linge de maison et de toilette sont fournis.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.
La présence des animaux est sympa, Loustic l'âne aime beaucoup les carottes.
Idéalement situé, il y a de nombreuses activités aux alentours (randonnée, musée, village typique...). Vous aurez l'embarras du choix.

5/5Der perfekte Urlaub für uns! Mit der sehr herzlichen Begrüßung fing unsere Woche bestens an. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es gab alles was wir brauchten um zu entspannen und den Urlaub zu genießen. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sofort sehr wohl fühlten. Der schöne Garten mit den Tieren rundherum hat uns besonders gefallen. Dieses Haus kann ich uneingeschränkt zu jeder Jahreszeit empfehlen. Im Sommer muss es wohl ein Traum sein in diesem riesigen Garten die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Nähe zur Autobahn war von Vorteil, alle Ziele sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben das Paradies in der Normandie gefunden - danke für alles.
