In the picturesque and charming Eure valley, a small village with a few shops and a brand new gîte! Laetitia and Emile have brought this house back to life by creating a really pleasant vacation home: spacious and bright, it's very well designed and equipped. It's located in the village, very convenient for bread and croissants in the morning, but borders the fields and offers a superb view of the wooded hills just above. Indoor games for the little ones, and outdoor games for all: table tennis, badminton, pétanque, Frisbee, skittles, etc. The region offers many pleasant walks, starting with the greenway just 200m away, as well as many wonderful discoveries, particularly between Pacy-sur-Eure and Anet, with its exceptional castle just a stone's throw away.

Access to the ground floor via the covered exterior entrance to the living room: bathed in light and opening onto the garden and fields, it offers a dining room, then a comfortable lounge facing the bay window; the kitchen, modern and very complete, is open, linked by a friendly bar. Still on the ground floor, the large double bedroom (160x200 bed, separable into 2 single beds), the spacious bathroom with its large Italian-style shower, 2 washbasins and a baby area; the toilet is separate, with a washbasin. The whole unit is adapted for disabled access. Small laundry room. Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms with views of the fields and woods in the distance: one double (160x200 bed, separable into 2 single beds) with balcony and the other for 3 people with three single beds.
