An adorable little stone house, nestled on the banks of the Seine beneath the imposing chalk cliffs: an exceptional site 1.5 km from a small village with shops and restaurants.

Welcome to Holiday cottage des Falaises, set between the impressive chalk cliffs and the meandering River Seine! You'll be enchanted by the magic of this place, with its dazzling white chalk cliffs in the sunshine, surrounded by protected forests and meadows (Natura 2000), and the old towpath bordering the property, where the river offers the spectacle of passing barges and other boats. From the windows of the Holiday cottage, you'll be captivated by one or the other. This charming little stone house is a real eye-catcher: designed with vacations and relaxation in mind, it's comfortable, cosy and warm. You'll love strolling or playing in the garden, curling up with a book on the sofa, playing the many board games, chatting or enjoying meals al fresco on the sheltered terrace. Games are available (bowling, archery for Kids, etc.). As for walks, the towpath leads you on foot to Petit Andely (1.5 km), where you can do your shopping or enjoy a coffee on the terrace or in the restaurant, while the winding Côte du Thuit takes you up to sumptuous panoramas or walks in the Forest. Just across the road, a rock-climbing site, and plenty of nuggets to discover all around.

Ground floor: entrance to the bright living room with its double aspect, on one side overlooking the garden and the Seine, and on the other the chalk cliffs: comfortable living room with sofa (convertible in case of emergency) and armchairs, generous dining area and small but very well-equipped kitchen. UPSTAIRS: 2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings, shower room (large shower) and separate wc; the first bedroom overlooks the garden and has a 150x200 double bed, while the second, with 2 90x200 Bunk beds, overlooks the garden and the Seine. To the side, you have your own little garden (with plancha) and a covered, sheltered terrace perfect for year-round living. You also have access to the large garden of Elisabeth (whose second home this is), beautifully flowered in fine weather and planted with trees, which joins the Seine: the property is entirely enclosed (wire fencing) and access to the towpath is secured by a gate to which you will have the key. Dogs are welcome, provided they respect the house dog (which does not like cats). Ample parking.
