A really nice address just outside Evreux, on the edge of a small village and on the edge of a forest. This pretty contemporary house houses a modern studio, totally independent thanks to its outdoor access, with a garden and terrace area just for you, with garden furniture for a little coffee in the sun and deckchairs for relaxation. Another plus: a private sauna! The setting is rural, from the garden with its vegetable patch, young orchard and chickens, to the surrounding area, with direct access to the forest or countryside: with a bit of luck, you'll spot pheasants or roe deer right at the bottom of the garden! Between Evreux and the Eure valley, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to activities, leisure and sightseeing: Anne Sophie and Goulven will tell you all about it.

The studio is located on the ground floor, with outside access, and is completely independent. It features a 160x200 double bed, a small dining area with flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing meals. Private bathroom with toilet and sauna. Large 2000 m² garden and private terrace. The owners live in the other part of the house. Parking on the property.
