On the banks of the Andelle, the Gîte des 3 Vallées is the perfect place to set down your suitcases. This attic apartment is warm, comfortable and very well equipped. Totally independent with its own access and terrace, you'll enjoy lovely views over the valley on one side and the Côte des 2 amants on the other. When it comes to leisure activities, Martine and Jean-François have thought of everything: a piano and lots of board games for the kids inside, and in the garden, a portico with slide, a large castle-style hut, trampoline, ping-pong table, pétanque, fishing in the river and even a heated swimming pool in fine weather; not forgetting a little cuckoo for the chickens, Bridget the Vietnamese pig and the goats, or simply relaxing and enjoying the garden. There are many treasures to discover in the surrounding area, including the Léry Poses leisure park and the Biotropica wildlife park. A private staircase leads to this upstairs apartment via its private terrace (with a gate to keep kids safe). The entrance opens onto a beautiful living area with a very well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a comfortable living room with a TV and stereo system. The two bedrooms have sloped ceilings but are comfortable: one with a double bed offers plenty of open storage; the second has two Twin beds and a piano. The bathroom features a shower and a vanity unit. The toilet is separate. Air conditioning is available. You have access to the large, shaded shared garden with a variety of play equipment, located directly across from the house on the other side of the alley, along a partially sheltered riverbank; the property is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. The Piscine is heated and open from mid-May to late September (above-ground, 1 m deep, 4 m in diameter).
The owners live right below and will give you a warm welcome, often with fresh produce from their garden when in season.
