This superb property is designed for your wellbeing and that of your family: outdoors, there are spacious relaxation areas (several lounges) around the Spa, Piscine, and Tennis court, a lovely garden, plenty of games (foosball, table tennis, badminton...), and a magnificent summer dining area that truly is the heart of this place. Inside, a spacious and beautiful living area with large picture windows that make you feel like you’re outdoors all year round—warm and very comfortable with a fireplace for a cozy fire—as well as 7 lovely bedrooms and a fitness room for the more active. There are also lovely walks to take in the surrounding area, between Les Andelys, its castle, and the banks of the Seine; Giverny and its Museums; Gaillon; and the Léry-Poses ponds (Base de loisirs and wildlife park).

The Holiday cottage is divided into several areas: in the elegant, spacious house, the living room is bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows opening onto the terrace and Piscine. It comprises two cosy lounges with fireplace, a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen and the dining room. WC. Upstairs, 4 lovely double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, bathroom and shower room with toilet. On the other side of the magnificent sheltered summer dining room, set on a covered terrace facing the heated swimming pool (13.5mx7m), open from May 1 to September 30, you'll find the first-floor bedroom with attic and ground-floor bathroom and toilet. Utility room. In an outbuilding, two pretty double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, separate wc, and a fitness and weight room.
