The Holiday cottage de la Passacailles is a very pleasant address, in the heart of a lovely, peaceful village in the Eure valley: the perfect place to recharge your batteries and take a real break! The outbuildings are decorated in a friendly atmosphere, with your comfort in mind: a well-equipped kitchen and modern shower room echo the cocooning living room, where you'll have a great time: library, board games, toys and a real foosball table! As for the garden, the property offers plenty of places to enjoy a breath of fresh air: in front of the Holiday cottage for your meals, under the trees for a nap or with a good book, or in the grassland to walk around the vegetable garden, dream on the bench facing the Forest or stretch your legs; not forgetting a visit to the chickens. Olivia and Charles are full of seasonal touches and can advise you on what to see and do in this beautiful region. The icing on the cake: there's a grocery store just 150 meters away.

SINGLE-STOREY HOLIDAY COTTAGE. The entrance hall leads to the kitchen and dining area: very well equipped and functional, it has all the comforts of a large kitchen. A hallway leads to the living room, spacious and warm with a relaxation area, small library and table soccer. TV and DVD player; the room opens directly onto the garden. The bedroom is comfortable: a 160x200 double bed and a single bed, with ample storage space. Attractive bathroom with large walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet. There's a small garden in front of the Holiday cottage, then several areas on the large property where Olivia, Charles and their Kids live (6000 m²): under the trees on the sunbathing lawns or in the grass. Ample parking with a shed under the barn. A ping-pong table and adult and Kids Bike / Mountain bikes are also available. In the village, a communal playground and a starting point for canoes.
