Between the Risle valley and its superb landscapes and the Roumois plateau and its rich heritage, the Countryside Holiday cottage offers a warm welcome. Set in a fully enclosed garden, the house is very pleasant and will be perfect for your stay with family or friends: board games or chatting in the living room, next to a roaring fire in the fireplace, convivial meals after concocting tasty dishes in the kitchen, relaxing in the Spa, naps and games in the garden or walks in the surrounding area, everyone will find their favorite activity. And don't forget to pick up bread and croissants on foot from the bakery in the village next door, where you'll find all the essentials plus a restaurant.
The region has a lot to offer: Le Bec Hellouin, a charming village with an abbey, many castles (Champ de Bataille, Harcourt, la Mésangère), the Risle valley and its thatched cottages, Pont-Audemer and its canals, the Montfort Forest...

Ground floor: entrance, bright double-exposed living room with fireplace, lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen: opens onto the large wooden terrace at the rear of the house, a very pleasant, sheltered area, where the 4-person Spa is installed. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed; bathroom with large walk-in shower and 2-bowl vanity unit. Separate toilet. Upstairs, a slightly sloping double bedroom with a practical washbasin. You'll enjoy a fully enclosed garden of 1100 m² with a parking area, and a large wooden terrace at the rear: as an option, you can enjoy a relaxing moment in the Spa under the arbour from May 1 to October 3. Your pets are welcome here.
