This large living room, with its open-plan kitchen and fireplace, is the ideal place to gather with family or friends for a film or a good meal, while the younger ones enjoy their own play area. In fine weather, the large garden is the ideal place to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful heated swimming pool, as well as the many outdoor games that will delight young and old alike. When autumn comes, the orchard will offer you its most beautiful apples during Picking Days. In this region rich in history, this pretty Holiday cottage is located in the heart of the relaxing Countryside, not far from the majestic Château de Beaumesnil and its formal gardens, where numerous events await you throughout the year.

Beautiful 2000 m² enclosed garden with garden furniture and numerous outdoor games: portico, badminton, table tennis, croquet, petanque court with boules, molky... Heated above-ground Piscine (4.80 m), open from May or June (weather permitting) to September. Picking possible in October and November. Pets welcome.
