Put down your suitcases and take a breath of fresh air in the face of nature as far as the eye can see. This warm and welcoming vacation home is the perfect place for a rejuvenating stay in the countryside. Delphine has designed it to make you feel at home, and she's succeeded: the interior is cosy, very comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone and top-notch equipment. When it comes to leisure activities, there's no time to get bored, whatever the season: a large enclosed garden all to yourself with plenty of games, a garage with table tennis and darts, more toys and games inside for young and old alike, including the console and a multi-game table, not forgetting the walks you can take in the surrounding area.
At the gateway to the Pays d'Auge, you'll love the typical little village of Cormeilles, with its half-timbered houses and friendly shops.

Ground floor: entrance, well-equipped kitchen with small dining area, bright living room overlooking the garden and Countryside: comfortable lounge and dining area, children's play area, board games, trilingual DVD library, PS4 console, Netflix, German TV with all channels, karaoke, multi-games table with table soccer and billiards. One double bedroom with closet (bed 160x200), bathroom and separate toilet. The staircase leads upstairs to a small landing with sitting area and 3 bedrooms: one twin (2 beds 90x200) and 2 doubles with beds 160x200: baby bed in one and study area in the other. Shower room with toilet accessible between the two double bedrooms. Basement laundry room and garage: table tennis and darts. The large 2000 m² garden is fully enclosed and private, with a Cabin for Kids with slide, badminton, balls and boules.
