As for leisure activities, you can enjoy this incredible space for walking, breathing and playing, or head for the banks of the Seine or the Marais Vernier, less than 10 km away.

Entrance on the ground floor leads to the cosy living room with wood-burning stove. The room opens onto the small but very well-equipped kitchen, with its dining area on the veranda side, all opening onto the garden and terrace. Small shower room with toilet. Upstairs, 2 communicating bedrooms: the first with a 160x200 double bed, which can be separated on request, and the second with 2 single beds. You'll enjoy the entire property, where Micheline and her family live, with its 3 hectares of enclosed parkland for strolling, including a superb pond (170 m from the Holiday cottage) where you can take a boat out for a stroll. In front of the Holiday cottage, your own private garden with terrace, garden furniture and deckchairs to set up wherever you like. Games on request: basketball hoop, soccer goals, volleyball or badminton net, croquet, pétanque balls... Nearby, you can explore the superb Marais Vernier nature reserve, the banks of the Seine or Risle rivers or Pont-Audemer.
