This large vacation home is ideal for your family or friends. This elegant old half-timbered barn has been renovated with passion and respect for tradition by its owners. Its location is perfect: on the borders of 3 valleys, the Seine, Eure and Andelle, rich in natural heritage, tourism and leisure activities, it offers a splendid view of the côte des deux Amants: you'll never tire of it! The gîte is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. When it comes to leisure activities, Claude, Bruno and Corinne have pulled out all the stops: table soccer and lots of games for the kids inside, and in the garden a portico, basketball hoop, ping-pong table and a real pétanque pitch. You can also visit the neighboring chickens, or simply relax and enjoy the 4000 m² enclosed garden.
BUNGALOW cottage. You'll enter into a vast living room divided into several areas: relaxation area in front of the fireplace, sitting area with TV and small library, comfortable dining area, well-equipped kitchen both separate and open to the living room, and games area with professional table soccer! 5 bedrooms (5 double beds and 3 single beds), 2 shower rooms (including one for disabled people) and 3 independent toilets, one of which is private to a bedroom and the other to a disabled person. There's also a practical utility room with storage space. A large 40 m² covered terrace overlooks the valley. Plenty of games available in the garden: table tennis, swing set, basketball hoop and petanque court. Ample parking. Nearby, the Biotropica wildlife park and the bird sanctuary on the loops of the Seine are great places for a stroll.

Bn Belle semaine
Gîte, de plein pied, bien aménagé, situé à l'écart, sur un grand terrain clôturé. Belle grande terrasse couverte orientée au sud permettant de mettre nos vélos à l'abri. Nous étions 4 couples et avons apprécié la possibilité de garer nos véhicules, les deux salles de bain et l'existence de 3 WC.
Attention toutefois à la consommation électrique, le forfait de 8kwh/jour inclus est vite atteint rien que pour le chauffage de l'eau, bien que le propriétaire ne soit pas chien pour qq kWh.- Cleanliness

Effectivement, nous vous avons offert le supplément d'électricité pour ce séjour estival. Le surcoût varie selon la température souhaitée en période de chauffage, la maison est grande.

Roy Lovely stay with extended family
We had a lovely family holiday for 10 nights. There were 9 of us, all adults, but we had plenty of room. We very much enjoyed the ping pong and other games that were provided, and enjoyed eating out on the covered balcony. The owner was very kind, and gave us some lovely food and drink from his own farm, and even drove us to a local beauty spot. Thank you very much for being a great host.

Isabelle Séjour en famille
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte confortable et bien adapté aux retrouvailles familiales. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse entièrement couverte qui permet de déjeuner dehors par tous les temps ainsi que les nombreux jeux d'intérieur et extérieur pour petits et grands.

Pacific 231 Un gîte parfait avec de jeunes enfants
Le jardin est grand et bien clôturé. Avec de nombreux jeux pour les enfants. Le baby-foot a fait l’unanimité. La plupart des lits sont confortables. De grandes tables pour des réunions familiales. L’environnement est calme et la maison orientée au Sud.
