A lively village with nice little shops in the heart of the secret and intimate Andelle Valley, between majestic hillsides of forests and pastures: this is the setting for your next stay with family or friends at Le Doux Veret. Drive through the entrance to this beautiful property, above a stream, and put down your suitcases: the Kids can run around in the vast garden, and you can discover this large house full of charm. The atmosphere is truly that of a family vacation home, warm and authentic, with a contemporary feel. The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable. There's also a foosball table upstairs and plenty of games in the garden: table tennis, badminton, skittles, pickle ball, darts under the shelter or simply a game of hide-and-seek!
The location is perfect for shopping, dining out or, on the leisure side, going to the Piscine, gym or Hiking.
Ground floor: entrance with storage and office area. Well-equipped, functional kitchen with fireplace and dining area opening onto the garden. Cosy living room with fireplace and TV, also with direct access to the garden. Separate toilet. On the FIRST FLOOR, on one side 2 communicating bedrooms, one with a choice of a double bed (160x200) or 2 twin beds, the other with a double bed (160x200), and on the other the large master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and corner shower room, and an independent shower room with a large shower, vanity unit and toilet. SECOND FLOOR: the large dormitory-style bedroom for 4 people (2 beds 90x200 and 2 beds 90x190) with its own leisure area and table soccer. Small sheltered gabled terrace. The large enclosed garden overlooks the hills and forest: a total property area of 1800 m², shared with a second small gîte for 5 people (ref 1452). The GR222 is less than 5 km away, on the banks of the Seine.

Amel Très bon week-end end dans le doux véret
Très belle maison avec un grand jardin très agréables. Stephane a été très réactif et très accueillant.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande maison qui permettait aussi bien de profiter de pieces communes pour passer des moments ensemble et de s'isoler.
Le baby-foot a eu du succès auprès de nos adolescents.

RP Wunderschönes Haus mit allem Komfort und Garten
Das Ferienhaus in der Normandie ist wunderschön und besonders eingerichtet, die Betten sind sehr bequem und im großen, toll angelegtem Garten kommt man schnell zur Ruhe. Als Familie (5 Personen) mit Hund haben sich alle total wohlgefühlt, nach einem Morgenlauf konnten wir frische Croissants und Baguette an verschiedenen Bäckereien besorgen und entspannt im Garten frühstücken.
Der Gastgeber Stephane ist sehr freundlichen und stets erreichbar, ein netter Empfang mit frischen Getränken ist für ihn selbstverständlich.
Man muss die Gegend ein wenig erforschen, um alle schönen Ecken zu entdecken, unweit befindet sich ein Park an einen wunderbaren See, diesen haben wir sehr oft besucht zum Schwimmen und Kajak fahren, auch unser Hund durfte mit.
Eine meiner französischen Lieblingsstädt ist Rouen, diese liegt 25 Fahrminuten entfernt.
Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist vom Haus in 2 Min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Einzig und allein die Straße am Haus ist zu erwähnen, diese ist zu hören, da sie durch das Dorf führt.Vielen Dank für diese erholsamen 3 Wochen!

Simon Repos au vert
Week end passé dans un gîte grand et très confortable. Proche des commodités, très bien équipé, et avec une très belle vue et de belles balades très proche, que ce soit à pied, en vélo, etc.
Accueil et séjour très agréable, à recommandé fortement !

Un agréable séjour de 4 nuits en mai 2025, nous étions une famille de 10 personnes, parents et enfants (jeunes adultes) et 2 chiens.
Le gîte est parfaitement équipé; vaisselle, ustensiles et électroménager en quantité et très bien adaptés aux grandes familles.
Le linge de maison est fourni ce qui est un vrai plus comme le ménage en fin de séjour.
Une maison traditionnelle normande décorée avec goût dans un style authentique et son grand jardin clos. Commerces et centre ville à 5 minutes à pieds.
