The Domaine de Marbois is an incredible vacation destination, designed entirely for relaxation and leisure. Set in the middle of fields, this old half-timbered farmhouse has been restored in a contemporary spirit, preserving its soul: beautiful original materials, ecological logic and sustainable approach with local craftsmen. The whole is really spacious, both inside and outside, with a vast garden all to yourself. Benjamin's idea for the Holiday cottage was to create an atmosphere of Wellbeing and fun, with something for everyone: relaxing by the Piscine or the Nordic bath, in the cosy lounges by the bar or the fireplace, or on the original mezzanine net, and games for sharing: board games (a real toy library!As for walks, there are plenty of little paths all around, with a GR less than 4 km away, and great tourist attractions such as Verneuil and Conches-en-Ouche.

Ground floor (PRM accessible): entrance, kitchen with small dining area opening onto the terrace, comfortable dining room with board games area, convivial living room with fireplace and real bar, pinball machine and arcade machine. Large bedroom with twin-size bed (180x200); treadmill. Dormitory-style second bedroom with 2 single Bunk beds and a twinable double (160x200). Bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Utility room.
UPSTAIRS: large landing, relaxation, reading or gaming area (TV with access to Netflix and Disney+, Nintendo Switch, Switch2, PS2, PS4 and Wii consoles). On one side, a master bedroom (bed 160x200) with en-suite shower room, on the other, accessible via a walkway above the living room, a beautiful double bedroom (bed 160x200). On the side of the walkway, a mezzanine net for relaxation. WC.
Garden side, heated Piscine (9mx4, 1.50m deep) open from May to mid-September. On the large property, 4000 m² private garden; outdoor games.
